An elegant and simple necklace of deep translucent green nephrite jade from Canada, with soft purple lepidolite beads, spaced with tiny antique style malachite beads and Karen hill tribe fine silver beads and hammered toggle clasp. Bracelet and earrings to match this necklace are both available.
The necklace measures 16.5", but can be lengthened if required, please contact me if you need it longer.
Large chunky oval beads of chrysocolla with malachite are combined with azurite-chrysocolla round beads and rough cut natural turquoise wheel (heishi) beads. The focal beads are reversible, the patterns are different on each side. There is a quartz content that makes these large beads less fragile than this material can be, however, there is natural texture and pitting, so if you like pristine, this is not the necklace for you! If you like natural with intense colour, presence and a wow factor though, I think you will love this one ...
Length is about 18 inches (can be altered if required)
Lovely natural multi coloured tourmaline irregular beads of all shapes and sizes are combined with pretty bright shiny silver leaf beads and a hammered fine hill tribe silver toggle clasp. The tourmaline beads are lively, and do not all sit perfectly flat and well behaved! All shades of green, from golden to dark, plus pink - flattering to every skin tone, and complementing a variety of colours and seasons, I hope this necklace will become a much worn favourite
Length is about 18 inches (all necklaces can be altered)
Pietersite is from Namibia, also known as the Storm stone, it typically displays swirls of deep blue with gold and sometimes cherry red, with an irridescent chatoyancy (like tiger eye). This pendant bead has some lighter areas of quartz. It is attached with silver wire and featuring a pleated hill tribe fine silver bead and two kyanite beads, to a necklace of kyanite rondelles and round sodalite, with fine silver and small golden toned translucent glass beads, to pick up the golden colour in the pietersite. Both the kyanite and sodalite are lovely shades of blue, also with translucent glow.
The clasp is a sterling silver S clasp in the form of a snake.
Overall length of necklace is approximately 19 inches, 21 inches including pendant drop
I was inspired by the colours of the Solway Coast in winter to combine these beads ... the round coin beads and the heart shaped beads are fossilised coral from Indonesia. Some of them include soft blue-grey shades that are picked up in the fine translucent blue chalcedony facetted rondelles. Towards the back there are also some natural irridescent pale peach coloured moonstone beads. All are complemented by textured sterling and fine silver beads plus a fine silver hammered toggle clasp. A very elegant and wearable design.
Measures approximately 18"
This striking necklace combines large round beads of fossil stone (described by the supplier as stromatolite fossil) in shades of warm beige, russet and tan with nice markings including lines, circles and patches of warm slate grey, with top quality chunky long wrap and smaller pleated beads of Karen Hill Tribe fine silver (from the fair trade supplier Shiana) and a fine silver S-clasp. Elegant and timeless.

This bold necklace features fabulous large natural tumbled points of deep purple amethyst, many of which have distinctive and sought after zig-zag "chevron" banding. Irregular and natural, with grooves and pits that just add to the character. Also has small amethyst nuggets and fine silver beads and hammered toggle clasp. A real one-off.

It is difficult to photograph the colour and beauty of these andalusite beads. Andalusite is a pleochroic gemstone, meaning it displays different colours in different planes. Normally gemcutters will cut a stone using the planes that show the best or most intense colour, but in the case of andalusite the skill comes in allowing the different colours to show from different angles of the facets. In these beads you will see a deep glowing "cognac" warm golden brown and a wonderful natural spring-like light olive green. These beads are all different and show faultlines that are typical of larger pieces of andalusite such as these. I think they just add character! They are complemented by tiny facetted brown zircon rondelles and light green peridot nugget beads, with fine silver beads and toggle clasp.

Rose quartz is often very pale, but these huge beauties have a lovely depth of colour and are a true pink. They are combined with Karen Hill Tribe fine silver printed and rolled beads and a large sunburst patterned toggle clasp. Really bold and striking in size and design but delicate and feminine in colour! Although weighty, the distribution of the beads and the large clasp mean that it is comfortable to wear. A necklace of this size with this amount of silver would usually retail for upwards of £80. Here it is reduced from £65, and is a one-off.
Length approximately 20"
Elegant and pretty longer length necklace that combines watery palest lilac-pink rare kunzite beads (usually very expensive) with very pale blue topaz rondelles and rose quartz teardrop briolettes, with fine silver beads and a simple sterling silver round toggle clasp.
Length is approximately 21"

The drop pendant is lodolite, a trade name for included quartz, this one has dotty splashy mineral inclusions of dark rust and brighter amber-orange material. The various shades of genuine amber tumbled nuggets from golden yellow to deep brown set this off beautifully as they pick up the colours of the mineral inclusions. The long tube beads are Karen Hill Tribe fine silver and have designs stamped on them. A very elegant design.
